• UPS Ground: Maximum Weight 80lbs
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS Blue Label: 2nd Day Air
• UPS Red Label: Next Day Air
• Common Carrier: Large Orders
• Claims: All lost shipment or damaged shipment claims should be placed with the car

 Payment

• Minimum order of $25.00 required
• All orders are C.O.D. unless otherwise authorized by Extreme Concepts
• Open account terms (30 days) are available to qualified customers who request and complete a credit application and where purchase volume warrants consideration
• A valid tax identification number and business license is necessary to do business
• Freight charges will be added to all invoices unless otherwise approved

 Back Orders

Extreme Concepts will ship back ordered items with prior approval as soon as the items become available

 Returns

• All invoice or merchandise errors must be reported to Extreme Concepts within 10 days of receipt
• All returns must be handled by our Return Authorization (R.A.) Department. Only returns with approved R.A. numbers clearly marked on shipping carton will be accepted, all others will be returned to sender.
• Merchandise returned for any reason other than shipping error or defect is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Any refused shipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any freight charges.

 Guarantee

Products carry a manufacturers warranty. Extreme Concepts guarantees products 90 days against factory defects. Defective merchandise will be returned to us freight pre-paid. Extreme will replace or credit returns at our discretion. All packing materials and parts must be included to receive full credit.
